Teams

Neatlogs helps you keep things organized with Teams. Think of them as workspaces. Projects live inside Teams, so you can easily manage access for different clients or internal groups without worrying about crossed wires.

Creating a New Team

When you sign up for Neatlogs, you’re asked to create a new team (unless you have been invited to join a pre-existing team). If you wish to create more, here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Click your team's name in the top right of the navigation bar (left of the notifications icon).
  2. Select “Manage Teams”.

  1. On the "Manage Teams" screen, click the "+ New Team" button (top right).

  2. Enter your team's name and description in the modal, then click "Create Team".

Viewing & Managing Your Teams:

You can view the teams you’re a part of, add new members and projects to them. Here’s how:

  1. Click your team's name (top right) and select "Manage Teams".
  2. You'll see a card for each team you're part of, showing its name, member count, and project count.
  3. Click "View Team" on a card to see its details.
  4. From the team detail screen, you can view members and projects. Use the buttons (top right) to add new members or projects. Team Details Screenshot
